Bill Cook is Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at Plaza Companies and has been with the company since 2013, originally starting in the construction management department. Bill transitioned to the brokerage team in 2014 with a focus on leasing and investment sales of office properties. Since that time, he has become an industry leader in medical and commercial office real estate.
Since 2016, Bill has worked on more than 2 million square feet of transactions. Dividing his time between landlord and tenant representation, Bill has established strong ties with some of the Valley’s leading employers and landlords.
