Plaza Companies has added to its Development, Design & Construction Team to prepare it for some key upcoming projects.
Skyler Burgoyne has joined Plaza as Senior Project Manager of Development. A construction project manager with over a decade of experience, Burgoyne specializes in financial analysis and project coordination, implementing change management processes and devising proactive strategies to mitigate risks.
Burgoyne is adept at leading resource management, optimizing budgets and enhancing employee morale to deliver exceptional results. Burgoyne was previously a project manager at Kitchell Contractors and is a graduate of Arizona State University.
Additionally, Shaloi Smith has joined Plaza as Project Manager of Development. Smith has almost two decades of experience in construction project management, and is an organized construction professional with experience bringing in projects under budget and on time. She has worked with several Valley construction and contracting companies and is also a graduate of Arizona State University.
Burgoyne and Smith will assist Plaza as it ramps up several projects in its specialty areas of medical office, biosciences, commercial office, senior living, hospitality, retail, mixed-use development and tenant improvements.
