Plaza Companies' extensive experience in research and biotechnology projects includes:

 

  • SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center. SkySong is a dynamic center for innovation and technology located in the heart of the bustling Phoenix metropolitan area. SkySong is designed for innovative companies whose global business success is enhanced by a facilitated collaboration with ASU's human and technological assets. The completed project will be a vigorous, 21st century center for innovation, commercialization, entrepreneurship and business development.
  • BioInspire is a Peoria, Arizona-based medical device incubator which is a joint effort between Plaza Companies, the City of Peoria and BioAccel. Plaza Companies’ Plaza Del Rio campus is the home of BioInspire, which received economic development funds from the City and is operated by BioAccel. BioInspire’s mission is to become Arizona’s premier incubator of companies developing medical devices. BioInspire, operated by BioAccel, offers first-class working space, technical/business assistance and collaborative opportunities.
