About The Project
The Challenge
More than 10 years ago, Plaza Companies helped shape the Banner Estrella Medical Center campus by building a highly successful 150,000-square-foot medical office building, including a 400-foot-long pedestrian bridge over 93rd Avenue between the hospital and the building itself. Now, with the expansion of the hospital complete and a growing population base surrounding the campus, Plaza Companies has completed a new building on the campus.
The Strategy
Estrella Medical Plaza II is a state-of-the-art, Class A, 60,000-square-foot medical office building designed to compliment the existing hospital and nearby medical buildings. The four-story building features floor plates up to 13,000 square feet, a direct pedestrian-friendly connection to the hospital, freeway visibility and abundant parking.
Plaza Companies is also bringing its landmark physician ownership model to the property, which has proven to be extremely successful in helping attract the highest-quality medical and clinical tenants.
The original medical office building won a number of awards for its innovative approach and green construction. Estrella Medical Plaza II is built with the same standard of quality, and is already attracting significant leasing interest.
